Registered Manager

Debbie is one of the first employees to join Kenwood House, joining the service back in July 2018. She joined the care home as Team Leader, promoted to Acting Manager of Kenwood House in March 2021 and subsequently became the Registered Manager of the service in September 2021.

Debbie commenced her care career nine years ago, working firstly in the domiciliary care sector. She then moved to work within a 16-bed residential care home for adults with learning disabilities and various health needs in Stoke-on-Trent. Debbie worked there for four years as a senior support worker.

Katy Stephens

Team Leader

Katy has joined Kenwood House back in October 2018 as a support worker, following she was promoted to senior support worker and in November 2021 was promoted to the care home’s Team Leader.

Katy has worked in the care sector for 13 years and her experience includes palliative care, nursing & dementia, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.

At Kenwood House, we ensure to provide our residents with the very highest standards of care, support, facilities and activities.  As such, our residential care includes the following:

• 24 hours support staff at the care home to include two wake-at-night carers

• Fully furnished room and accommodation with its own en-suite, to include basin, toilet and shower
