Andree Yates

Andree joined Mereside Care Home in May 2019 as the care home deputy manager and in August 2020 was promoted to the position of acting manager of the care home. Andree has over 28 years’ experience in the care sector, starting her career as a care support worker, she was previously a unit manager of another care home and then a deputy manager of a 37-bed dementia care home, including short period as the care home acting manager.

Claire Kirby

Claire has worked for fifteen years in the Care Sector specialising with Individuals with Learning Disability.
She started her career as a carer quickly progressing to the Supervisory role. In September 2017 Claire joined Mereside Care Home as Care Administrator and has been recognised for building positive links with external agencies thus leading to the recent promotion to deputy care home manager in August 2020.

At Mereside we ensure to provide our residents with the very highest standards of care, support, facilities and activities.  As such, our residential care includes the following:

• 24 hours support staff at the care home to include one wake-at-night carer and another one sleeping

• Fully furnished room and accommodation with its own en-suite, to include basin, toilet and shower
