Providing high quality care for vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities in Staffordshire and The West Midlands
Trusted Hands Care Group
Trusted Hands Care Group was established in 2017 and operates three care homes for adults with learning disabilities that are currently all rated ‘Good’ by the CQC in Stoke-on-Trent and in Solihull.
We dedicate our services to vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder and Physical Disabilities who require to live in residential care. Today we cater our services to 30 residents across our three homes.
Our Homes
Our first two homes, Mereside Care Home and Roughcote Hall Farm were acquired in September 2017. In May 2018, Kenwood House, located in Shelton, Stoke-on-Trent, was opened by Trusted Hands, joining the two other homes.
In addition, Trusted Hands is in the process of refurbishing and converting two other properties to specialist care homes to be opened soon by the Group:
- Elmdon Care Home in Marston Green, Solihull accommodates six adults with Learning Disabilities.
- Cobden Street Bungalow, a former residential bungalow located in Dresden, Stoke-on-Trent that caters for six adults with PLD (Physical and Learning Disabilities).
“Staff are attentive and responsive to the client’s needs, staff keep me well informed of needs and social aspects”
“ The individual attention, empathy and interaction I have witnessed, demonstrate the caring skills that have enabled (service-user) to feel that Roughcote Hall Farm is his home ”
“ As parents, we feel that the quality of care that our daughter receives is of the highest standard. As a parent would expect ”
